Refund Policy

People & Resources Partnership Ltd. is committed to delivering high‑quality HR consulting services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed or partially completed. If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued. For projects in progress, refunds may be considered on a pro‑rated basis at the company’s discretion, based on work completed to date. We encourage clients to reach out promptly with any concerns so we can address them collaboratively and ensure a positive experience.
